Private banking, wealth management and fiduciary services are provided from the Group’s headquarters in Bermuda and subsidiary offices in the Cayman Islands, Guernsey, Switzerland, The Bahamas and the United Kingdom.

Our success has been built on a set of fundamental strengths: sound corporate values, a stable customer base, strong capital and liquidity positions and solid core businesses. Our performance is a direct result of the efforts of our dedicated employees who work together to deliver quality financial services, build business and enhance shareholder value. We believe that a positive work environment, with effective employee training, development and communication, benefits our customers through quality service and our shareholders through long-term improvements in results.

Our home country Regulator is the Bermuda Monetary Authority (BMA). In the Cayman Islands, we are also regulated by the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority.
