Redeeming points is easy, you can either:
• Use your personal Visa Platinum online service at www.visa-platinum.com
• Telephone the Visa Platinum Assistance Centre; or
• Contact Butterfield
For travel redemption you can refer to the pre-determined point redemption table or contact the Visa Travel Assistance Service Team. A Visa Travel Specialist can provide you with the number of points required for your travel and make the requested travel arrangements.
Transfer Your Butterfield Visa Rewards points to Sir Turtle Rewards for Air Travel.
Butterfield Visa Rewards customers now have the option to transfer points to their Cayman Airways Sir Turtle Rewards account. For every 2.25 Butterfield Visa Rewards points transferred, you will receive 1 Cayman Airways Sir Turtle Rewards mile. The minimum number of Butterfield Visa Rewards points necessary for transfer is 22,500, which is equivalent to 10,000 Cayman Airways Sir Turtle Rewards miles.
