Butterfield Cares for HospiceCare

Fundraising Manager Jennifer Grant-McCarthy (far left) and HospiceCare Director of Nursing & Operations Wilma Falconer (center left) accept Butterfield’s donation from Rhonda Serrano (centre right) and Rebecca Ebanks (far right).

"Cayman HospiceCare is extremely grateful for the continued support of Butterfield. Their annual donations of both funds and volunteer hours play a significant role in ensuring that the free, specialized nursing services of Cayman HospiceCare remain available to any person in the Cayman Islands who needs them," said Jennifer Grant-McCarthy, Fundraising Manager of the Cayman HospiceCare. "Butterfield and its employees continue to prove their commitment to our charity and are a leading example in our community."

Cayman HospiceCare exists almost solely upon donations to continue to offer its services, free of charge, to any person living in the Cayman Islands. Their team of health care professionals works closely with the patient's doctor to provide the best possible care. The organization is committed to enhancing and improving the lives of all those affected by death, and to assuring long-term emotional, spiritual and general well-being to survivors after loss.

"We are dedicated to supporting Cayman HospiceCare each year, which provides a wonderful service to the Cayman community, enabling their patients to have a better quality of life while remaining at home," said Rhonda Serrano, Marketing Assistant Manager at Butterfield.
