Our home country Regulator is the Bermuda Monetary Authority (BMA). In the Cayman Islands, we are also regulated by the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority. Both operate in accordance with Basel principles and maintain close contacts with regulators in the other jurisdictions where the group operates.
