These countries currently include China, Estonia, India, Israel, Kazakhstan, North and South Korea, Lebanon, Malaysia, Russia, Rep. of Serbia, United Arab Emirates, Thailand and Turkey.  This list is subject to change as additional cases of fraud are reported.
